New Car Automotive Dealer is looking for an Experienced Automotive Sales Administrative Assistant.
Experience in the Auto Industry or related industry with knowledge of general accounting procedures is required. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Responsibilities
· Verify accuracy of all documentation for each deal before submitting to Accounting office
· Report to management on the status of all outstanding deal issues
· Verify that all documents are signed and prepared correctly for registration.
· Organize and file all proper documents in each deal folder.
· Assist the Sales Department in all matters
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Stronger computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Experienced with business applications and accounting software
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Organized and detail oriented
Strong data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
