- Hourly Range: $30-$33
- Full Time: 4-day work week
- Office hours: Monday to Thursday (7:30 am to 5:00 pm)

Responsibilities: - Build genuine relationships with new and existing clients
- Perform full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis
- Maintain accurate and current financial records
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed
- Support tax preparation and compliance activities
- Ensure all processes align with GAAP & company standards
- Collaborate with clients to resolve issues and provide insightful recommendations
What We're Looking For: - 3+ years' proven work experience as an Accounting Coordinator, Staff Accountant , Finance Coordinator, Full-charge Bookkeeper, or similar role
- Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
- Mathematical & analytical skills (REQUIRED)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of full-cycle accounting processes (REQUIRED)
- Positive, communicative and motivated to help grow the business
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Budgeting and financial management skills to improve performance and control costs
- Ability to manage multiple clients, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy
- Working knowledge of payroll management
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Personal and professional judgment
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a shifting reality
- Strong operational, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality & discretion
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration a big plus!
