A Top-Tier Global Pharma Leader in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Bench Scientist - II to support drug discovery programs. Working 100% on-site, you will generate critical binding kinetics data that directly informs therapeutic development decisions in a collaborative, fast-paced biotech environment.

responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and troubleshoot binding assays and analytical experiments.
- Perform binding characterization and kinetic analyses using Biacore (SPR), Octet (BLI), and Carterra platforms.
- Analyze complex experimental data and present clear scientific findings to cross-functional teams.
- Support multiple therapeutic programs simultaneously while prioritizing changing project needs.
- Assist with high-throughput, automation-enabled laboratory workflows.
- Maintain complete, accurate laboratory records and detailed documentation.
qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences with 2-3 years of biotech lab experience; OR a Master's degree with lab research experience.
- Hands-on laboratory experience conducting, documenting, and executing biological or biophysical assays.
- Strong background in assay execution, data generation, and scientific reporting.
- Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Direct experience with Biacore (SPR), Octet (BLI), or Carterra platforms for binding kinetics analysis.
- Background in ligand-receptor interaction studies or antibody characterization.
- Experience using automated laboratory workflows or presenting data to stakeholders.
