We are seeking a talented Business Analyst / Sub-process Lead with SAP PS module experience to support an ongoing project.
This is a temporary assignment, the initial end date is 31/12/2026 but project timelines may slip into 2027.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week; flexible office hours.
In this role you will be working with team members in Australia and the US so some flexibility is required.
We would prefer candidates from the larger Ramsgate/Kent area to facilitate hybrid working (1 day per week onsite) and offer better training options.
If not feasible then fully remote working can be discussed with the hiring manager. In this case travel to the Ramsgate site may be requested once a month on average.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Liaise between business users and technical teams regarding SAP implementation.
- Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders about the tool's functionality and process changes.
- Facilitate project planning sessions with stakeholders tn regards to project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions and maintain project momentum.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and key performance indicators, providing regular status updates and communications to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource requirements, and performance tracking.

- Adapts to target audience - Simplify complex information for different audiences. Tailor communication to stakeholders (sales, customers, vendors). Ensure information is understood and actionable.
- Project Management - Balance scope, schedule, and resources to keep projects on track. Ensure project delivers clear, measurable business impact. Identify and resolve risks/issues proactively.
- Project Scope Management - Define and manage clear project scope and deliverables. Prevent scope creep by focusing on required work only. Track progress to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
- Project Resource Management - Develop and manage resource plans (budget and headcount). Use tools to allocate and optimize resources effectively. Adjust plans to maintain efficiency and meet project needs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills: Balance diverse stakeholder needs, communicate clearly across audiences, manage conflict early, and ensure alignment through multimodal communication.
- Ability to simplify complexity and stay customer focused: Break down complex or technical information into actionable insights, integrate customer perspectives, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value.
- Technical and functional agility in SAP S/4 HANA Project System: Bring strong project/process expertise, collaborate closely with technical teams, and learn the S/4 HANA 2023 PS module quickly to translate business needs into effective system designs.
Education/Experience:
- College, university, or equivalent degree required.
- Significant level of relevant work experience required.
- SAP PS module experience required
