Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg travel assignment in Ukiah, California, United States. Start date 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,820–$1,885 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (5:00 AM–5:30 PM). Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines while using clinical judgment and supervisory discretion.
- Collect relevant data, assess health status, develop and implement a care plan, and evaluate progress toward outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team; provide education and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of the healthcare team; maintain safe and healing environment; document care appropriately.

Requirements
- California RN license (active)
- CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor (required)
- ACLS certification (required)
- PALS certification (required)
- BSN degree preferred
- At least two years of recent acute care/Med Surg experience preferred
