Salesforce Tester

Location: St. Louis, MO

Job Type: Contract

Work Arrangement: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce application testing, Icomm billing testing , and API testing . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience validating Salesforce integrations, billing processes, and APIs using Postman , with a strong understanding of end-to-end QA processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
• Test Icomm billing functionality , including billing workflows, transactions, and integrations.
• Develop and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
• Perform API testing to validate data exchanges between Salesforce and external systems.
• Use Postman for API testing, request validation, response verification, and troubleshooting.
• Validate REST/SOAP APIs, status codes, request/response payloads, and data integrity.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using appropriate defect-management tools.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, integration teams, and other QA professionals to resolve defects.
• Perform regression testing following application enhancements and defect fixes.
• Validate data across Salesforce and integrated downstream/upstream systems.
• Participate in requirements analysis, test planning, execution, and release validation.
• Provide regular status updates on testing progress, defects, risks, and test results.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Testing / QA .
• Hands-on experience with Icomm billing testing REQUIRED .
• Strong experience with API Testing .
• Hands-on experience using Postman .
• Experience with functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Good understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, integrations, and data validation.
• Experience creating test cases and test scenarios from business and technical requirements.
• Strong defect tracking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
