Remote Life Insurance Agent – Pre-Set Client Appointments

Compensation

• Performance-based income (commission)

• Typical commission per sale: $2,000–$3,000+

• Top performers may earn $10,000–$25,000+ per month

• No cap on commission earnings

Actual earnings vary based on individual production, product, case size, and sales performance. Compensation is not guaranteed.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with pre-scheduled prospective clients

• Learn about each client's financial situation, retirement goals, and concerns

• Educate clients about available retirement and financial protection strategies

• Present appropriate life insurance, IUL, and annuity solutions based on client needs

• Build professional, trust-based client relationships

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients

• Manage appointments and client activity through our CRM

• Follow a structured sales and documentation process

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Ideal Candidate

• Interested in life insurance, IUL, annuities, and retirement planning

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with clients through Zoom and other virtual platforms

• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented

• Able to work independently in a remote environment

• Interested in building a long-term, performance-based income

• Previous sales, insurance, financial services, education, or other client-facing experience is helpful but not required

Qualifications

• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain the appropriate license before conducting insurance sales

• Must reside in the United States

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication tools

• Ability to follow established sales and compliance procedures

• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Important Note

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based opportunity , not a salaried or hourly position.

Products include life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL) , and fixed/fixed-indexed annuity solutions used for retirement and financial protection planning.
