Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement specialized recreation therapy services for patients and youth
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment teams and coordinate services with primary clinicians
• Evaluate recreation therapy needs with a focus on daily living activities, communication skills, and positive coping strategies

Required Skills:

• Experience in relaxation techniques and treatment planning
• Knowledge of art therapy and therapeutic recreation
• Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
• Ability to implement music therapy and exercise interventions
• Experience in care planning and rehabilitation

The salary for this position ranges from $136,000 to $142,000 annually, with additional benefits including healthcare coverage, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
