**Job Title: Plumber**
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems and be adept at troubleshooting, repairing, and installing a variety of plumbing structures. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
- Conduct thorough pipe inspections and perform leak detection efficiently.
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and related materials.
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals on plumbing installations.
- Conduct regular system maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure effective functionality.
- Use a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' questions and concerns with a professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Stay updated on local plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a plumber; a valid plumbing license is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments and conditions.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a straightforward manner.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
