Physical Therapist - Travel Rehab

Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts

Start Date: 08-05-2026

End Date: 11-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to restore function and mobility
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document patient services accurately and timely
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians per state practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment
• Treatment planning and discharge planning
• Accurate and timely documentation
• Supervision and compliance with practice acts
• Communication and collaboration with care teams and families
