Job Summary (Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist):
- Position: Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist (Full Time)
- Location: Bothell, WA
- Compensation: $80,000 $100,000 annually (based on experience)
- Schedule Flexibility: Options for 5x8, 4x10, or 3x10 12 hour shifts
- Sign-on/Relocation Bonus: Offered (and/or tuition reimbursement)

- Job Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize EMR or IEP online documentation systems
- Candidate Requirements:
- WA State OT license or eligibility
- Master's or Doctorate (or accredited Bachelor's) in Occupational Therapy
- Experience or fieldwork in pediatrics or school-based therapy preferred
