Job Summary (List Format):
- Full-time Occupational Therapist position at a reputable pediatric clinic in Wasilla, Alaska
- Flexible scheduling; create your own hours to meet patient needs
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including OT and Speech professionals
- Provide education and support to parents/guardians
- Conduct diagnostic and assessment services for pediatric clients
- Develop individualized plans of care and treatment goals
- Monitor and adjust client progress and treatment plans as needed
- Opportunity to grow into a leadership role, working closely with clinic ownership
- Maintain consistent documentation and demonstrate strong organizational skills
- Make referrals for additional services when indicated
- Requires Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
- Must have (or be eligible for) an Alaska OT license
- Previous experience with pediatric populations preferred
- Seeking a self-starter with creativity, energy, and attention to detail
- Compensation includes salary/fee per session, potential income $100K+
