job summary:
Industry leading organization is searching for a promotable (groomed for advancement opportunities) Mine Engineering Manager in the Duluth,MN area.

This roles comes with a very good salary commensurate with experience with a base salary ranging from $145k to $155k plus a bonus that can range from 15% to 30% based upon company performance. Relocation assistance is also available.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

responsibilities:

• Direct & coordinate the development of short and long-range mine plans, budgets and targets of performance for the mining operations

• Direct, coordinate and motivate departments personnel to meet established plans, budgets and targets of performance for the mining operation

• Direct and coordinate the plans, projects and programs to achieve the desired performance results in safety, quality, production and cost

• Determine equipment needs and participate in the selection and purchase of the new equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree perferably in Mine Engineering or equivalent field

• 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in mine planning, engineering, operations and administration

• Ability to maintain ATF certification

• Ability to motivate, delegate, establish and work in a collaborative environment
