Location: Grand Prairie — office-based with daily travel to job sites (company van and fuel card provided)

Compensation: $50,000 base + uncapped commission (top performers earn well into six figures)

We run on ServiceTitan, and we're growing our commercial and recurring business.

The Opportunity
This role is built for a licensed electrician who's tired of swinging tools all day and wants to earn based on results instead of hours. You already know the trade — now put that knowledge to work scoping jobs, quoting customers on-site, and closing profitable work. We hand you real, paid-for leads. Your job is to turn them into signed jobs and keep the commission checks coming.

If you can walk a customer's property, diagnose the work, and sell the solution with confidence, your earnings aren't capped — they're up to you.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound leads from Google, Facebook, our website, and phone
• Travel to homes and businesses to assess electrical work and quote on-site
• Close jobs and follow up consistently to keep your pipeline moving
• Build recurring relationships with facilities, restaurants, and property managers
• Manage every lead, estimate, and follow-up in ServiceTitan
• Coordinate with field techs so quoted scope and pricing are accurate

What You Bring

• Active Texas electrical license (Journeyman or Master) through TDLR
• Hands-on electrical experience across residential and light commercial work
• Confidence selling and closing — comfortable asking for the business
• Strong communication skills, in person and by phone
• Self-motivated and organized, with the drive to chase leads
• Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

• ServiceTitan experience
• Existing relationships with commercial or property-management clients in DFW

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000 base plus uncapped commission — your income grows with the work you close
• Company van and fuel card — no wear and tear on your own vehicle
