### Position Overview
We are looking for a **detail-oriented, motivated, and resourceful Lead Generator** to identify potential leads and build a strong pipeline of opportunities for our team.
The Lead Generator's primary responsibility is to **research and identify potential prospects, gather accurate information, and enter qualified leads into our database**. This role does **not** involve calling, emailing, or directly communicating with prospective clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys researching information and finding opportunities that others may overlook.
### Key Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential leads using online databases, websites, public records, social media, and other available sources.
* Identify prospects that meet the company's specific lead criteria.
* Gather relevant and accurate information on potential leads, including names, contact information, property/business information, and other qualifying details.
* Enter new leads accurately and consistently into the company's CRM/database.
* Verify information and ensure lead records are complete and up to date.
* Avoid duplicate entries by checking existing database records before adding new leads.
* Organize and categorize leads according to established criteria.
* Research additional information when required to determine whether a prospect qualifies as a lead.
* Maintain a high level of accuracy when entering and updating information.
* Regularly review data for missing, outdated, or incorrect information.
* Follow established processes and guidelines for lead qualification and data entry.
* Track and meet daily or weekly lead-generation targets.
* Communicate internally with the team regarding lead quality, research challenges, or missing information.

* Previous experience in data entry, lead generation, research, real estate, or CRM management is a plus.
