Salary: $47,840 - 52,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We need strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• We require a basic grasp of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
• We need the ability to quickly learn new technologies and troubleshoot technical problems.
• We require a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• We prefer postsecondary study in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• We prefer a CompTIA A+, Network+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, or comparable certification.
• We prefer prior internship, technical support, help desk, or customer service experience.
• We prefer experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• We value strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
• We value the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced setting.

• We provide first-line technical support to employees and providers in person, by phone, and remotely.
• We troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, printers, phones, and connectivity.
• We set up, configure, and roll out computers, monitors, printers, and other technology equipment.
• We help manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests.
• We document support tickets and keep accurate records of completed work.
• We support Microsoft 365 applications and related technologies.
• We assist with routine system upkeep, updates, and equipment inventory.
• We escalate complex technical matters to senior IT staff when needed.
• We protect confidentiality and safeguard patient and business information in line with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• We travel occasionally between our locations to deliver on-site support.
• We perform other duties as assigned.

In this in-person role, we work closely with staff to maintain dependable systems that support patient care and day-to-day operations.
