Infusion Nurse / IV Therapy Nurse / RN – Private Duty Home Care Location: Savannah, Guyton, Pooler, Rincon & surrounding areas Job Type: PRN / Per Diem Schedule: Flexible – Days, Evenings & Weekends Available Make a Difference with One-on-One Patient Care Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) / Infusion Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity outside of a traditional clinical setting? What You'll Do As a Private Duty Home Care Nurse, you will:

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Manage IV infusions and vascular access devices
• Provide wound care and dressing changes using evidence-based practices
• Perform PEG/G-tube feeding and enteral nutrition management
• Provide catheter and ostomy care
• Promote patient safety, dignity, comfort, and independence

Preferred Clinical Experience Experience with the following is preferred:

• IV infusion therapy
• Access, maintain, and de-access PICC lines and implanted ports.
• Wound care
• Tube feeding (PEG/G-tube)
• Tracheostomy care
• Medication management
• Catheter and ostomy care
• Home health, private duty, hospice, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care

Qualifications

• Current, active Savannah or South Carolina RN license
• PICC and implanted-port access experience required.
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Bluffton and Hilton Head Island service area

Schedule & Flexibility

• PRN / Per Diem
• Flexible scheduling
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available
