About the Role We are seeking a friendly and dependable Inbound Call Center Agent to join our Atlanta team and assist with client communication, scheduling, and event-related inquiries. The Inbound Call Center Agent will handle incoming calls, provide accurate information to clients and attendees, assist with appointment scheduling, and support our event teams with communication and follow-up needs.
