What You'll Own

Business Development & Client Engagement Initiate outreach by phone and video, identify and qualify new opportunities, and build credibility through consultative, trust-building conversations—including tapping your own network of contacts to open doors.

Full-Cycle Sales Run discovery and needs assessments, present tailored solutions, handle objections with confidence, and negotiate and close new business—guiding every prospect smoothly through their decision.

Pipeline & Relationship Management Keep an organized, active pipeline, log every activity in the CRM, follow up relentlessly, and partner with internal teams to deliver a client experience worth referring.
