Natim Transport & Delivery Inc. is seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team. Our drivers play an essential role in delivering packages safely and efficiently while providing outstanding service to our customers.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy the freedom of the open road, take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Our terminal is located at 1214 E Houston St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.

Pay & Benefits:

• $875-$900 per week
• $500 bonus after 90 days of employment

Schedule:

• $875/week for Tue–Sat
• $900/week for Wed–Sun

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and maintain proper documentation for deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being polite, professional, and accommodating.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and promptly communicate delays or issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to a supervisor immediately.
• Follow company policies, delivery procedures, and safety protocols.
• Represent Natim Transport & Delivery Inc. professionally at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Age 21 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• No CDL required.
• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to bend, lift, maneuver, and enter/exit the delivery truck while delivering packages to front doors or designated access points.
