Job Description

As an Event Promotions Assistant , you will support the planning and execution of promotional events, brand activations, and customer-facing initiatives.

You will work closely with the events and promotions team to help create organized, professional, and engaging experiences while representing the company and its partners.

This role offers hands-on exposure to event coordination, customer engagement, promotional strategy, and team operations, with opportunities to develop valuable professional and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
• Engage professionally with customers, attendees, and potential clients during events.
• Provide clear information about featured products, services, or promotional campaigns.
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for event attendees.
• Support event logistics, materials, displays, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with team members to ensure events run efficiently and meet campaign objectives.
• Maintain a professional representation of the company and its partners.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and campaign briefings.
• Assist with tracking event activity, customer feedback, and campaign results.
• Adapt to different event environments and responsibilities as business needs evolve.
