We’re currently seeking an Event Marketing Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing, and brand promotions . If you’re organized, outgoing, and ready to take on new challenges, this role offers the perfect foundation for a long-term career in marketing and events.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events .
Coordinate event logistics , including scheduling, vendor management, and setup.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials to boost brand awareness.
Interact with customers, sponsors, and partners to enhance the event experience .
Track event results, gather feedback, and assist with post-event reporting .
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution .
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management , or related field preferred (not required).
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive work ethic.
Creative problem solver with a passion for hands-on learning .
Flexible schedule — willing to work evenings or weekends when events are scheduled.
Previous experience in event marketing, promotions, or customer service is a plus but not required.
