Perform residential electrical service, repairs, installations, and system upgrades in Rowlett, Texas
Troubleshoot electrical problems involving panels, breakers, circuits, wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting
Repair and replace residential electrical components according to NEC standards and applicable local codes
Use electrical testing equipment and power tools to diagnose problems and complete repairs
Explain electrical issues, recommended repairs, and service options clearly to homeowners
Complete service documentation, invoices, and job records using company-provided technology
Keep your company vehicle and work areas clean, organized, and ready for service calls
Follow electrical safety procedures and company standards on every job
Coordinate with team members to complete service calls and meet customer needs
Provide dependable workmanship and professional service from arrival through job completion

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of electrical trade experience
At least 1 year of residential electrical service call experience
Valid Journeyman Electrician or Wireman license
Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical safety practices
Experience troubleshooting and repairing residential electrical systems
Ability to safely use electrical testing equipment and power tools
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces when required
Strong communication and customer service skills
ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required
Flexibility to support customer scheduling needs
